Main Screen
This is the main interface as seen from user's browser running on any platform.
Features: Contacts DataBase
Sort order: Select sort order bu clicking on table column header
Alpha Sort: Filter and sort record by last name
Call Order: Display record in reversde call order, most recent call first.
Group Filter: Show only contacts for the selected group (Client, contact, vendor, user etc ...)
Search Fields: Locate record by serching given key in selected field.
Single click icons for:
Display / Edit Contact record: Display and allow edition of the contact record.
New Invoice: Create a new invoice for the selected contact with pre filled name and address information.
New Appointment: Create a new invoice for the selected contact with pre filled name and contact information.
Call Phone Number: Originate a call from you extension to the contact phone number.
Reverse Phone Lookup: Perform a reverse phone lookup and display any address / coordinates info available.
Location Map: Open a new widow with a map for the location of selected contact.
Controls:
Adjust and memorize window size and number of displayed items in tabular display.
PBX integration:
Database lookup update the callers record on inbound calls based on the caller ID number. Users can retreive last caller record by clicking on the 'Last Caller' button or by selecting it's record from the updated tabular display
Click to call from user's extension to contact phone no.
Reverse phone lookup on public Internet phone book.
Invoices
Single click creation from contact display for ultra fast invoice creation in a few mouse clicks.
User defined products database used for items selections / pick list.
